2. Products & Handmade Nature
All items sold are handmade unless otherwise stated. Due to the handmade process:
Slight variations in color, texture, size, and design may occur.
No two pieces are exactly identical.
Product photos are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
Custom and made-to-order items are created specifically for you and may take additional processing time.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once an order is placed, the price at checkout is the final price charged.
4. Payment
Full payment is required before orders are processed and shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. Shipping (Canada Only)
We currently ship within Canada.
Processing times vary depending on the product.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products:
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Photos of the damaged product and packaging may be required.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless the item has already been shipped or production has begun.
8. Product Care & Safety
Customers are responsible for using products safely and as intended.
Candles must never be left unattended.
Soaps and body products should be tested on a small area of skin first.
Keep products away from children and pets unless specified as safe.
We are not responsible for misuse of products.
9. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, images, text, branding, and product designs are the property of Art by Twila Collins and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Art by Twila Collins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
