Gilt and Grit

Glit and Grit reminds of the old Westerbhis piece is a vibrant exploration of texture and depth, utilizing a heavy impasto technique that makes the canvas feel three-dimensional. Gilt is a numerous name for a painting but so it's grit. A core of soft pinks, mauves, and creams is disrupted by energetic splashes of deep black, burnt orange, and cerulean blue.
